All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used.
Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined. We will always honor the better discount for your purchase.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you have accomplished your order with payment you will receive an order confirmation letter from us immediately. If you haven't receive any emails from us, please check your spam box first, if still no email, contact us at  info@furustudio.nl.

Same applys to other emails from us. If you are expecting any emails from us but not receiving them, always check your spam box before contact us at  info@furustudio.nl. When you contact us, please provide your order number (if you have them), name, emails, and phone number.

4. Change and cancelation on orders

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Contact us at info@furustudio.nl.

5. Order arrived damaged

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer repair, replacement, or refund options. Please email an image of the fault, along with your order number to info@furustudio.nl for further review.
